I just got round to fitting the TDS system to my CAT3K, but the standard spur gear doesn't fit - it would need the centre drilled out to go onto the TDS.

Does Shumacher make a replacement spur gear? - I am still using the standard 95T one.

Does anyone have any experience of the TDS system? Is it worth using (high-grip gokart (tarmac, but bumpy) track?

If you have a No slipper spur Gear you will need a new one.
Numbers are U0324 up to U0327 (Slipper+visco Qc spurs).

The Tds has advantages on slippery tracks because the front wheels will pull the car straight instead of spinning out.
But to get an advatage out of it it must be adjusted very carefully.
