I just got a Schumacher Picco X28 and have a few questions and concerns.

1. The engine came without a glow plug is this how you sell them?

2. I want to run 30% nitro. In the instructions it says add an extra 1mm shim, however 1 was not included.  It came with 3 shims already on the engine. Is that it  set to run 30% or the 20-25%? And on your site you only sell 2mm shims.

3. The instruction book doesnt say the base settings. What are they?

4. Is part PP2347 what i need to change my Picco X28 to a turbo headed engine. And does it effect the amount of shims i need to use to run 30% nitro?

5. Do you sell or know if i can get a bump start backplate for the Picco X28?

2. add a shim, its not set to run 30% like it is

5. the back plate that goes on the real picco .28 should fit.

2. Do you know if the shims that came with the engine are all 0.1mm shims?

5. Thats the backplate from the Picco P3 .28 monster i guess.

Picco back plate isnt listed there.

Just ordered the turbo head and shim from this site. Does the same shimming apply when using the turbo head?

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a "turbo-head" and what does it do?!

It means you can use none shimmed turbo plugs instead of the old shimmed plugs. Using turbo plugs give a slight performance gain.
