Theres not really a special tool, but you can get hole saw's which are fantastic. you can get them from diy shops and they fit in your drill. also use really sharpe scalpels and little multi tools to clean edges.

Depends how big the hole you want to cut is, reamers are goos for exhaust, ariel, mount holes e.t.c

They go up to around 15mm usually.

They are not brilliant but do work if you take your time.

I own 1 of those compass hole cutters and cant seam to get it to cut worth s*%t 4er me. i have used it on 4 different bodies and every 1 i still ended up getting out the scissors and dremmel. maybe it just me?????????
