Hi just wondering if anyone has the answer, just bought a second hand nitro riot that had been converted to brushless, have converted it back to nitro, filled the tank up runs like a dream untill it gets to about half a tank, it then stops and refuses to start, fill the tank back up starts first press of the button, again runs to half a tank then stops, runs again fine whenever i fill it, any help would be appreciated.

Hi. Sounds like there is not enough exhaust pressure in the tank...as the tank emptys the weak pressure is not enough to keep fuel fed to the carb.
Check the fuel tank is sealed, empty the fuel and remove the pipe to the carb and the pipe to the exhaust. Put your finger on the carb pipe end and then blow down the pressure pipe (the one that went on the exhaust). Usually it is the tank lid that fails to seal but could also be the tank seam or the pipes.
Also check that the exhaust is not leaking around the joints, should be visible signs of leaking...oil/gunk.
